5 Course Dinner

This dinner includes the following:


1st Course - Charcuterie Slate

Imported cheeses, jams, crackers, and pretzels.


2nd Course - Suite Fire French Onion

Sweet red onions sautéed in roasted garlic butter hit with a touch of sugar then caramelized together with heavy red wine. Slowly reduced with our homemade au jus blend. Served in a roasted red onion bowl or with extra sweetness.


3rd Course - Cucumber Wrapped Salad

Fresh chopped greens topped with craisins, shredded carrots, matchstick tomatoes, and served with house-made ranch & raspberry vinaigrette.


4th Course

Butter-blackened Angus ribeye topped with bourbon seared mushrooms, lobster, and aged gouda gnocchi topped with green onions and chopped candied bacon, and steamed broccoli.


5th Course - Flavored Crème Brûlée and Fried Strawberries

Rumchata Crème Brûlée with a sugar nest and filthy stewed cherries, Bailey’s Crème Brûlée with chocolate bark, and our signature fried strawberries with sweet cream and berry puree.






5 Course Wine Dinner

This dinner includes the following:


1st Course

Kendall Jackson Chardonnay and Santa Margarita Prosecco. Served with imported cheeses and fruit.


2nd Course

Santa Margarita Prosecco paired with a champagne-poached pear salad.


3rd Course

Sanoma Cutrer Pinot Noir served with seared filet medallions, spiced mango chutney horseradish, lobster stuffed potatoes, and prosciutto wrapped asparagus.


4th Course

Cakebread Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon paired with carved dark chocolate.


5th Course

Luccio Moscato d'Asti paried with our signature fried strawberries.





5 Course Dinner with Cocktails

This dinner includes the following:


1st Course

Choice of French 75 or Absolute Citron served with assorted imported cheeses and fruits.


2nd Course

Choice of New York Sour or Gin & Tonic served with bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp and a roasted garlic Baja citrus butter sauce.


3rd Course

Choice of a Suite Fire Pear Mule or Manhattan served with a champagne-poached pear salad.


4th Course

Choice of Negroni or Whiskey Sour served with gorgonzola cheese and candied bacon stuffed filet tenderloin paired with a lobster tail topped with Boston style seafood stuffing, garlic chive butter, grilled prosciutto wrapped asparagus, and chardonnay basted onions mashed potatoes.


5th Course

Choice of White Chocolate Martini, Rumchata with fresh orange zest, or Tia Maria with coffee. Served with our signature fried strawberries, white chocolate dipped stawrbiees, and cheesecake stuffed strawberries.





5 Course Beer Tasting Dinner

This dinner includes the following:


1st Course

Cider Boys Banana Bliss served with stout glazed ribs that have been smoked for six hours and deep fried to crisp.


2nd Course

Scrimshaw Pilsner served with an IPA Onion Soup topped with roasted garlic crostini and gruyere cheese.


3rd Course

Triptych Dank Meme Pale Ale served with a grilled Caesar salad.


4th Course

3 Floyds IPA served with a Surf and Turf Peppered New York strip steaked seared on a bed of lobster and Boursin cheese whipped potatoes accompanied with prosciutto-wrapped purple asparagus.


5th Course

Chocolate Guinness mousse cup topped with Rumchata whipped cream.




4 Course Bloody Mary Tasting

This dinner includes the following:


1st Course

Bacon Roses & Original Bloody Mary garnished with drunken blue cheese stuffed olives and chili dusted muenster cheese.


2nd Course

Smoked Salmon Eggs Beni & Smokin' Hot Mary garnished with summer sausage and imported Irish white cheddar.


3rd Course

Surf and Turf & Mary the Pirate garnished with bacon-wrapped shrimp, balsamic marinated tomatoes, and cloth-squeezed mozzarella.


4th Course

Chambord Crème Brûlée topped with grape slices and fresh berries paired with a pineapple-infused Bloody Mary.






5 Course Scotch Tasting Dinner

This dinner includes the following:


1st Course

Charcuterie spread with assorted imported cheeses, jams, and fruits.


2nd Course

The Balvenie Port Wood Whiskey aged 21 years served with jumbo bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp and a roasted garlic Baja citrus butter sauce.


3rd Course

The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Whiskey served with a champagne poached pear salad.


4th Course

Glenfiddich Bourbon Barrel Reserve aged 14 years served candied bacon stuffed filet tenderloin paired with a lobster tail topped with Boston style seafood stuffing, garlic chive butter, grilled prosciutto wrapped asparagus, and chardonnay basted onions mashed potatoes.


5th Course

Glenfiddich 21 Year Old aged Whiskey served with our strawberry trio of signature fried strawberries, white chocolate dipped strawberries, and blueberry cheesecake stuffed strawberries.

Accompanied by cocoa-seasoned mini filet medallions seared on high heat to seal in the juices, served in a dark chocolate dipped garlic fried dumpling cup.

Accompanied by chocolate cream stuffed crepes with a forest berry coulis and strawberry rose.


Chateau Smith Cabarnet

Accompanied by a midnight fire sea salt dusted dark chocolate caramel with a fiery cayenne flame.


Martini & Rossi Moscato D'Asti

Accompanied by our famous fried strawberries infused with Godiva liquor on toasted marshmallow fluff.


Cocobon Red Blend

Accompanied by our Crème Brûlée topped with smoked grape slices.
